Who runs this website
ecaravan.gr is the website of Caravans (Ecaravan), private van transfers on Paros, Greece. The registered operator is Christos Zografidis, and the Greek tourism business registration number (MHTE) is 1175E81001032001. The registered business address and the VAT number are sent on request.

Bookings
This website has no basket, no account and no payment. Reading a page or using the booking page does not book a transfer and does not create a contract. A transfer is booked when we confirm it to you in writing (on WhatsApp, by text message or by email), with its price. The price is the one in that confirmation. Cancellation: if you haven't paid, you can cancel at any time with a message; if you paid in advance, you get a full refund when you cancel at least 24 hours before pickup, and no refund after that.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the mandatory protections that apply to you are not reduced by this page.
Your details
This policy follows the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Greek Law 4624/2019. The controller is Caravans, whose registered operator is Christos Zografidis.
When you book, you send us your details yourself: your name, your phone number or email address, and your trip (pickup, drop-off, date, time, passengers, luggage, children's ages, ferry or flight). We use them only to answer you and to arrange and carry out your transfer. The legal basis is the booking itself, or steps you ask us to take before one.
The booking page sends nothing to us or to anyone else. It only prepares a message in your own WhatsApp or email app, and you decide whether to send it. It stores nothing on your device.
We don't sell your details, and we don't use them for advertising. The provider of our mailbox and the messaging apps you choose carry your messages under their own terms. If a transfer goes ahead and Greek tax or accounting law requires a record, we keep that record for the period the law sets. Everything else is deleted when we no longer need it.
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it: write to [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own, and it loads nothing from Google, from advertisers or from social networks. The fonts and the pictures are stored on this site.
The site is served through Cloudflare, which protects it from attacks. Depending on which of their protection tools are on, Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies, such as __cf_bm or cf_clearance. We don't read them, and we don't use them to profile you. Cloudflare may also keep ordinary server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security.
